Hello,

My office has a 2-yr minimum requirement before allowing attorneys to work from home twice a week.  I heard it is not the same for all attorney advisors across the country--that some get flexiplace after just 1 year.  Is this true?

My office used to allow this after one year but now foolows the two year requirement per the contract.

This issue came up at my recent employment interview.  The NH office follows the two-year requirement.
