Not surprisingly, the Agency has provided little guidance on how to use e-files while on flexiplace.  Many of us have downloaded Alternatiff to read these files.  I've had difficulties with this program.  Sometimes it will default back to Quicktime and allow me to view only the 1st page of a document.  In addition, I don't get the automatically loaded page when I pop in the CD.  I have to go to "my computer" and then right click on my CD Rom drive and click on "Explore" to open up the CD and view the contents.

Today, I had to go into my plugins and remove the Quicktime plugin for viewing tiff files in order to get Alternatiff to work.

If you are using Alternatiff and are having "issues" - you can go to the following website for hellp:

www.alternatiff.com/faq.html

www.alternatiff.com/faq.html

Does anyone know of any other program we can use to view these files that is better than alternatiff?

Thanks - Saltchunk
