Does anyone have any idea if NHC attys will ever get the flexiplace/work at home options that our colleagues in normal HOs get?  Or if there will ever be senior atttys at NHCs?  I sort of doubt we will ever have SAs, but work at home would be nice, and I see no persuaive argument against it.   I like my location, but being a gs-12 for the rest of my life without the benefit of flexiplace isnt much of an incentive to stay.

Relatedish question: does anyone form inside go from being a straight AA to an ALJ anymore? Seems like everyone either was a SA or a Sup/HOD before beocming an ALJ, which is only less incentive to stay.
